Clary Sage helps to calm the mind and its balancing effect improves mood and reduces stress. Clary Sage may reduce menstrual cramps and relieves hormone imbalance. Its antibacterial and soothing properties help reduce redness and inflammation from skin blemishes. 

Ylang Ylang has positive effects on the mind and soothes anxiety. When applied to skin, it helps revive scar tissue to repair itself.
