Tea tree has been used to promote a sense of calm and reduce anxiety. It’s main benefits are the antibacterial properties it contains. This has been used as an immune system stimulant and a relief from pains and aches.

Manuka has been used to center and calm the mind.  It can be used on the skin as a clarifying oil to help treat blemishes and soothe redness.
