Orange is refreshing and uplifting and has been used to increase athletic abilities. It reduces stress and has a stimulating effect on mind. Its high vitamin C content promotes collagen production and increases blood circulation.

Ylang Ylang has positive effects on the mind and soothes anxiety. When applied to skin, it helps revive scar tissue to repair itself.
