I want a Grinter! Can I pre-order?

The million dollar question. Due to high demand we do not offer pre-orders on Grinters. The best way to get your hands on the infamous glass tumblers is to sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of this page and you'll get a Grinter alert with a heads up on dates and times when  they're due to arrive. 

 

When will my online purchase be shipped?

Your purchase will be shipped within 4 business days. Once sent, you will receive a notification of your tracking number. 

 

What if I receive my clothing item and it doesn't fit?

We are happy to exchange or refund or issue a store credit on full priced items - they must be unused and returned in the same condition that it was received. Please get in touch with us either via our contact form or by sending us an email at flagship@foundstore.co.nz

We do not exchange or refund vintage and items that are on sale, or reduced. 

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from purchase. 

 

How do I know if a garment will fit?

All brands are different and universal size guides can be confusing! Please send us a message if you have any queries about any fit or measurement you may be  curious about. You can contact us by email: flagship@foundstore.co.nz or instagram @foundstorenz.

 

I'm interested in Aleph and want to get my colour matched. Is there a good time to come in?

All staff are trained to colour match. Pop in at anytime to chat to the team about Aleph Beauty. If you have specific questions about a certain Aleph product or application please get in touch with us via email or instagram.

 

I've selected click and collect - when can i get my item?

You will receive notification that your purchase is ready to collect via email or text. This is usually within 24 hours. All click and collect purchases can be collected at our store in Hamilton:

How does your loyalty system work?

Each dollar you spend on full priced items earns you a point. When you have 400 points you receive a $20 voucher. Loyalty vouchers cannot be redeemed with sale or promo purchases. Sale items or promotional sales do not earn points.
