In Store Purchases

In store full price purchases are valid for store credits or exchange only, within 7 days of purchase. Returns must be in their original packaging and garments unworn with tags attached. 

Online Purchases

If the item you have purchased is not quite right, we are happy to exchange, credit or refund any full priced item purchased within 7 days 

To request a return for your online order, please email flagship@foundstore.co.nz with your order number and intent to return your purchase. Once your return is approved, please securely package your items back to us at

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed once received. 

Please note Found Store does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of being returned to us and we recommend a traceable method.

You are more than welcome to visit us in store to return your purchase if this is more convenient for you.

Sale items or items purchased on promotion cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.
