Conditions of Returns and Exchanges

  • Items need to be returned within 7 days of you receiving the product.
  • All items (purchased online or in store) must be returned in their original condition in brand new, unused, saleable condition.
  • We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases

Online Purchases

If the item you have purchased online is not quite right, we are happy to exchange, credit or refund the order for a credit, exchange or refund. 

To request a return for your online order, please email flagship@foundstore.co.nz with your order number and intent to return your purchase. Once your return is approved, please securely package your items back to us at:

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer

Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed once received. 

Found Store does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of being returned to us and we recommend a traceable method.

You are more than welcome to visit us in store to return your purchase if this is more convenient for you. 

In Store Purchases:

In store purchases at full price returned for change of mind within 7 days are eligible for an exchange or credit note - We do not offer refund for change of mind. 

Sale Items or items purchased on promotion:

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.
