Conditions of Returns and Exchanges
- Items need to be returned within 14 days of you receiving the product.
- All items (purchased online or in store) must be returned in their original condition in brand new, unused, saleable condition.
If the item you have purchased is not quite right, we are happy to exchange, credit or refund any full priced item purchased online.
To request a return for your online order, please email email@example.com with your order number and intent to return your purchase. Once your return is approved, please securely package your items back to us at

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed once received.
Please note Found Store does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of being returned to us and we recommend a traceable method.
You are more than welcome to visit us in store to return your purchase if this is more convenient for you.
In Store Purchases
Any full priced items purchased in store can be returned within 14 days and must be in their original packaging and in brand new, unworn condition.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.
