When will my order be sent?

Once payment has been received, and provided no additional security checks are required, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days.

During busy periods this time frame may increase. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons beyond our control we will inform you as soon as possible.

We will provide you with a tracking details once your order has been dispatched to confirm your order is on it's way. 

How long will delivery take?

New Zealand Post usually delivers within 1-2 business days (a business day is any day other than a weekend or public holiday). If you have not received your delivery within 4 business days, please get in touch with us. 

We offer free shipping on all standard orders over $100 (excluding fragile and oversized orders).
