We offer free express shipping within New Zealand on all standard orders over $100.
For orders under $100, a flat rate of $10 applies.
Please note: Fragile and oversized items may incur additional shipping fees based on your delivery address. These will be quoted at checkout.
Shipping to Australia is available at a flat rate of $25.
Once your payment has been processed and no further checks are needed, your order will be packed and dispatched within 1 business day. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on the way.
During busier periods, dispatch times may take a little longer. If we’re unable to deliver to your address for any reason outside our control, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
